"I switched to this insurance agency after meeting Crystal at a BNI group, and it was a huge mistake. Darrell, her husband, is the agent and never returned my calls—until today, when he finally called just to yell at me. Their daughter also works in the office and ignored my emails for nearly two weeks. I was simply trying to add my daughters to my policy and discuss my rate, but basic communication was apparently too much to ask. Instead of professionalism, I was met with rudeness and hostility. This is an unacceptably run business. There are far too many competent, respectful insurance agents out there to waste time with people like this. I would give all of them -0 stars"
